C. Milton Wright Softball Team - Countdown to The First Game
The C Milton Wright Mustangs Softball team is set to paly it's first game March 7th for the Fith District Play Day. There is a ton of snow on the ground so the outlook is grim. Counting down is still fun. Brand new "maryland themed " campaign is set for this years season coverage.

CMW SOFTBALL, in an effort to keep you up to date with all the happenings of the 2015 season has installed quick links to the main website. One click and the link will take you to all local news outlets such as the Aegis, The Baltimore Sun, The Washington Post, The Cecil Whig, The patch and Varsity Sports network to read about the latest headlines with the Mustangs and all other competing schools.
CMW Softball gets a facelift for 2015
With tryouts beginning this Saturday, The website at cmwsoftball.cm has undergone a few changes in antcipation for the exciting upcoming season. There are a few new features we want to make you aware of.
*We have added a new regional Champion Logo from our 2014 Season.
*We have an ongoing updates section which will be updated throughout the season with game reports and happenings.
*We have a twitter feed which will have varsity updates as the games happen.
*Our Showcase Gallery still features photos from 2014 and we are set to go with Photos for the 2015 season if and when teh snow gets out of Maryland.
*We have an updated schedule of games.
*We have easy navigation to view previous seasons in detail.
*Make sure and follow us on Twitter and if you have any updates, hit us up @cmw_softball
*The team sections are empty right now, they will be filled shortly after our first practice Games and try outs have been completed.

2015 tryouts Set to begin!
C.Milton Wright Mustangs are poised to start their season with tryouts beginning the week of the 28th.
The gym times run from 10:45 - 12:20. All 9th and 10th graders will meet at 10:15 in front of the weight room READY TO GO (dressed for indoor workouts to include tennis shoes, player equipment, and/or workout clothes as desired). We will run and do dynamic stretching starting immediately at 10:15 in the halls before moving into the gym for throwing and then tryout stations. There will be three tryout stations (each group will visit each station once): 1) fielding in the big gym, 2) individual skills in the rear gym (footwork, swinging from tee, athleticism), and 3) hitting off a machine in the rear gym. Please arrange for pickup at 12:30.
